How to Reserve

 

To Reserve the shelter for your special event, call Wapello County Conservation Board at (641) 682-3091. Rental payment must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled event.

Parking is allowed only in designated parking areas. Parking on grass or along roadways is prohibited.

Use only tape or string when hanging decorations, etc. Screws, nails, staples and tacks may not be used on any surface or portion of the shelter or tables.

Haybarn Shelter
$85 per day (6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.)
Pond-Side Shelter
$30 per day (6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.)
Payments will be accepted in the forms of cash or credit card.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is permitted however, a keg permit is required for containers over one (1) quart in size.

The following fee schedule (deposit) applies:

$100.00 Minimum

$50.00 each keg (or container larger than 1 qt) over two.

Keg permits must be filled out a Minimum of 48 hours prior to the Scheduled event.
